Description

Objective: To establish a self-sustaining agricultural community that integrates modern farming techniques with renewable energy sources, emphasizing collaboration between diverse groups.


Phase 1: Land Acquisition and Infrastructure Development Land Purchase: Secure a plot of land suitable for agricultural activities and community building. Well Drilling: Contract a reputable company to install a groundwater well to support agricultural and residential needs. Helipad Construction: Designate and prepare a 20-foot by 20-foot area for helicopter landing to facilitate emergency build access to to the farms and to the main road for access and supply runs.


Phase 2: Community Formation and Role Assignment Recruitment Strategy: Place advertisements for funding to recruit ten female and nine male homeless aka nomades, with specific roles designated for skilled individuals: Five females with ST Join Certification. Five males certified as arborists. Additionally, recruit ten individuals (a mix of genders) from privileged backgrounds to foster inclusivity and mutual growth. Community Roles: Five individuals trained in firearm use for protective services and to manage supply procurement securely. Assign roles for mental health support to ensure community well-being. Various positions for operational tasks such as clear cutting, land preparation, and maintenance. Keep the books


Phase 3: Agricultural Setup and Energy Solutions Land Preparation: Remove tree stumps and clear land to convert it into arable farm land. Renewable Energy Implementation: Install solar fencing and other solar-powered facilities to ensure sustainable energy use. Saw Mill Setup: Utilize timber from cleared trees to produce lumber on-site, reducing waste and promoting resource conservation.


Phase 4: Agricultural Operations and Licensing Crop and Livestock Management: Establish farms for cattle, pigs, and chickens. Cultivate essential crops such as corn, alongside straw, hay, and a variety of vegetables. Farm Equipment Acquisition: Source electric and solar-powered farming equipment to support agricultural activities. Community Training Programs: Educate community members on constructing nomadic homes and mobile barns. Provide guidance on modern farming techniques and equipment use. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all farming activities are licensed appropriately, facilitating the legal sale of livestock and produce.


Phase 5: Community Engagement and Expansion Collaboration Initiatives: Forge partnerships with neighboring farmers to exchange knowledge, resources, and support. Continual Learning and Development: Offer ongoing educational opportunities to community members to adapt to evolving agricultural practices and environmental stewardship. Land Allocation: 10 hectares of land acquisition—each hectare will be utilized for designated purposes to maximize efficiency and sustainability: 1 hectare for each type of animal farming (cattle, pigs, chickens, lambs, and fish). 2 hectares dedicated to vegetable cultivation and solar energy installations, supporting our commitment to renewable energy and food security.

Rehabilitation Center: Establish a facility focused on providing support and recovery services, which is essential for community well-being.


Community Management and Reward System Points-Based Reward System: Each community member is integrated into the agricultural community through a points system that incentivizes participation and contribution. Non-working members receive 500 points per month, ensuring they can meet their basic needs without compulsory labor. Working members are awarded 1000 points per month, recognizing their contributions and enabling a higher standard of living within the community. Points can be used within the strip mall and for other community services, linking work output to tangible rewards.


Anybody and extra points by volunteering for the task at hand. Leadership and Role Assignment: The initial core group of 20 pivotal members will be assigned leadership roles, each overseeing a hectare of the project. This structure not only facilitates efficient management but also fosters a sense of responsibility and ownership among the leaders.
